Greece travel information URGENT!!!?

Me and my friends are travelling to Corfu next Tuesday. We are travelling from Skopje in Macedonia and we bought a bus ticket to Thessaloniki. What should we do next? I know that we need to take a bus to Igoumentisa and take take a ferry from Igoumenitsa to Corfu. After that we want to go to Kavos which I guess means that we should take another bus from Corfu city to Kavos... Can you tell me the what is the easiest way to travel and how much does it costs approximately. I would be very grateful to everybody... Cheers!
