UK Train Travel in November?

I need to get from manchester to liverpool to holyhead to dublin in november. I was planning to take the rail from manchester (stopping in liverpool) then taking it to holyhead on sunday novmber 4th 2011. then i plan to take the Stena line ferry from Holyhead to Dublin. Can anyone tell me if this is feasible in November? Is everything running frequently? and once I get to Dublin are there taxi's available? any help is appreciated
